CIS EAD Fingerprinting confusion. 我快氣死了.誰能幫我?

EAD已批(on 7/13/2007),但online profile is not updated, EAcard自然也不見蹤影. Change of address strangely delayed.

請問:
1. 如果EAD被郵寄到old address, would it be forwarded or would it be returned to CIS?

2. How do I have my approval status updated? Right now, 我自己在CIS的網頁看不到EAD已經批了.(兩周半前去了INFOPASS 的appoitment, the officer there told me it's been approved). 每次打customer service的800電話,customer service people隻能看到兩個月前一條old update. 隻有immigration officers can see my status of approval. (Most of the customer service people refuse to forward me on to any officer, lying to me that they don't have any officers there. I have to call three or more times to get a flexible and sympathetic person who's willing to forward me on.)

3.MOST CONFUSING: Back in may, 不負責任的郵遞員mistakenly returned a fingerprinting appointment for June 1, 07 to USCIS, saying it's undeliverable. I never realized there was an appointment request until they sent it again in August. 但那已經是EAD批了之後. The new notice still has the 6/1 appoitment date and was sent in August. Apparently, it is telling me to reschedule. However, the officer at the local CIS officer told me I don't need fingerprinting since the case's been approved.

4.So "undeliverable correspondence, contact CIS" is still the old update that everyone sees online if they put in my application number (except for the immigration officers). However, I finally did move early July and dutifully changed my address both online and in writing. I also linked my change of address to all pending cases. However, until last Monday 8/13, the officer at the call center still saw my old address. So my change of address never went through?


I am extremely confused and upset? I was scheduled to start working two weeks ago. What options do I have other than sitting here and wait? Can anyone give some advice? Thanks very much!!
