請教小白兔等各位，收到I485RFE，體檢表被退回，該怎麽辦？

LG EB2，485 去年10月份遞交，上個星期收到email說LG和我都要補件，今天律師收到信，其中退回了體檢表，原文如下：

The Form I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status and the Supplemental Form to I-693 submitted with your application were not signed by a civil surgeon and are therefore unacceptable.

Your original Forms I-693 and supplemental form to I-693 are hereby returned to you in the enclosed sealed envelope. Take this letter and your enclosed forms to the civil surgeon who conducted your medial examination. ONLY THE CIVIL SURGEON SHOULD OPEN THE SEALED ENVELOPE.

The forms must be signed by the civil surgeon, and annotated with the appropriate designation (e.g. M.D.). Photocopied signatures or an RN or PA signature will not be acceptable.

IMPORTANT WARNING: only a designated civil surgeon is able to conduct your medical examination. After the examination, the civil surgeon should complete, sign and date the forms, then seal them in his/her professional envelope, and give them to you to be returned unopened to this office with any other requested evidence.

問題是，我們拿著沒拆封的體檢表到醫生那兒，拆開一看是簽了字的，好好的為什麽要退呢？那個醫生也是USCIS網站上找到的，我們該怎麽辦呢？
