XIAOBAITU and Other Experts:What can I do?I have not received th

I received a email on 08,01,07:

"Current Status: Approval notice sent.
On August 1, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service."

But, until today (08,20.07) I have not received that Notice from the mail. I guessed: The US Postal Service might sent the letter to a wrong place already. (I have had several bad experiences with the US Postal Services. They delivered my mails to other cities and other persons at other streets.).What can I do if the Postal Office System has delivered my Notice mail this time to a wrong place and the receiver of that mail threw my Notice into the garbage can? (Many americans treat the wrong delivered mails in taht way).
