J1trainee好還是H2b好？

我現在是J2，持EAD在工作，到年底就到期了，我想讓我現在的公司sponsor我明年繼續工作，以後我還想在美國讀個碩士，請問我讓公司sponsor我H2b好還是J1的trainee on job 好呢？對以後我轉成F1或者J1學生有什麽不同的影響？謝謝
