My company has about 30 employees too. My perm (EB2) was approved in June, 2007. All my H1B and GC application were sponsored by my boss. I only paid the physical examination fees. By the way, I started working at this company from 10/2005. I think that American people are very considerate if you work very hard. Good luck!
