How to make finger print appointment

Dear Friends,
My I-485 has been pending in NSC for almost two years. (PD Sep, 2005). I asked the senator office to make a case inquiry and they told me that my NC was cleared, but my Finger Print expired. But I just did the FP in March this year. How come the FP expired? Does anyone know how to make FP appointment? Thanks.
