係裏拒付我的部分EB2申請費，咋辦？

申請EB2,USCIS新規定其中labor certification application的1500必須係裏出錢，但係主任說係裏不付這筆錢。心裏很難受。H1B申請時係裏也隻付了500。還沒開始上課呢，心裏就想走了
