Is my case 啟動 for Name Check

My 485 didn't have any REF after 接收時 in Oct. 2006. After PD, no REF either. INFO Pass told me that they sumbitted name check to FBS in Oct. 2006 but no response yet. Does it mean that my case haven't 啟動. FBI haven't worked on my case and my case is still on the shelf. If so, What Can I do? Thanks,
