Non Profit H1B 轉Profit H1B被 拒，

因為名額用完之後才遞的申請。但一直在Non Profit的單位工作沒辭職，在此Non
Profit單位的H1B也沒到期，請問這種情況下還可以用當前的H1B在這個Non Profit的單
位繼續工作下去嗎？還是以被拒的這個申請為準，必須在一定時期內離開美國？
