AOS to H1b, 再請教小白兔

看了你昨天回答的reflash78 的問題，AOS 身份, 沒有AP, 回國去簽H1B， pending 的I-485 就作廢了嗎？My hu*****and was H4, then he used EAD based on my pending I-485. He got H1b approval notice early this year, he doesn't have AP, and he has gone back China to apply for the H-1b visa. He has the appointment in Beijing on August 22. Is the I-485 still OK for him if he comes back with H1b visa? Thank you very much.
