I have the same situation as you. I first went to Infopass, and was told the NC was cleared, everything was fine. As I never received the second FP, so I then called 1-800 to ask why I have not received FP notice, however, after the conversation, I was told I would receive a letter within 45 days. After about 60 days, I finally received the letter exactly as you. I was lost, what it is about my status? which one is true? Although I was tired of these, I still went to Infopass this week, and I was told the same answer as first time, when I showed the letter to the office, he said, " 1-800, they are not immigrant officer, they are only contract workers, someone has touched your case Aug **, I would say you would hear something within 30, maximum 60days"
