終於綠了 nsc

剛剛查看email， 我和老公的i-485批了。It's really encourage for those XDJM in NSC.

My case: NIW

I-140&I-485 cocurrently filed: Sep 29, 2005 VSC
1st finger print: Nov. 2005
Transferred to NSC : May 11, 2006
I-140 RFE: Sep 2006
RFE response: Nov, 2006
I-140 Approval: JAN 23, 2007 (around 54 days)
2nd finger print: Mar, 2007
I-485 RFE (I'm so unlucky, got RFE on every step): Jun 11, 2007
I-485 RFE response: July 11, 2007
I-485 Approval: Aug 16, 2007 (LG and me, still waiting for my son)

During this long and painful journey, truly appreciate fsa2000's great great help for my 2 RFEs. My experience tells me that: 1. everybody can do it by yourself (NIW and EB1A), just take time and do very good homework; 2. If want to find a lawyer, please find a good one. My lawyer is not so good, and cause my I140 RFE. That's painful! 3. It's very impressive for the IOs of NSC, they read every single words in your package, and very professional and sharp! They follow every rule.
