Based on what your own reports, your attorney did a competent job in handling your case. I would even venture to suggest that you expected too much.
It is pointless (and senseless) to "fire" your attorney at this point: she is your legal representative and she will receive all the correspondences from USCIS. To really "fire" her, you need to literally withdraw your case and file it yourself (or through another legal representative): are you ready to do that?
