Xiaobaitu , please help . evidence for NIW Rfe

I understand that the USCIS is asking for the evidence prior to my filing date, however, I have submitted all evidence I had for the application. I have one more conference paper publicated , one more paper review and several paper reprint copy from other researchers after the filing date, should I submit them or not? Otherwise, what else I should send to USCIS except the recommendation letters?

My lawyer prefer not to send all these evidence.
