It is within 1 year after you did your physical exam. For example, if you do your physical exam on August 13th, 2007, your immigration visa will expire on August 12th, 2008.
3, 如果我要到加拿大大學做博士後,對方提供證明,是否可以算在加拿大"居住"?
Yes. But to able to keep Canadian PR, you have to stay there 2 years in each 5 year after you land.
