Dan712: about 1 entry visa

I have some questions about re-entering US from Canada, please herlp.

I got H4 visa in Canada 2.5 month ago with only 1 entry, I entered US in August, my I-94 is valid till 12/31/03.

In this case:
1) can I go to CA again and come back to US without applying a new visa while my I-94 is valid?
2) How can I prove to the US border officer that I only stay in Canada a couples days when I come back(within 30 days, I can go back without new visa)
