485 pending期間, 加拿大登陸的問題

文學城，華人所有版麵都作了功課，沒找到明確答案，所以再發貼詢問，我想
類似情況的同學應該不少，也許可以做個普遍性的問答。請知道答案的同學和好心人回答一下，先謝過！

情況：485 pending，如果已拿到receipt，AP仍待批。持有H1/H4 status， 但無H類
visa.現在9月必須landing 加拿大（以前辦的，萬沒想到和485遞交同時出現，不想放棄楓葉卡。）

問題：
1〉開車入加拿大短期停留
2〉聽說開車出美國邊境不會有記錄（即不收I-94），那麽回美國時會有記錄/收I-94嗎？

3〉如果會留下新的入美國邊境的紀錄，對pending的I-485和AP究竟有何不良影響？？（問了自己律師：稱AP批準前，理論上不能出境。）這樣做會不會使485申請作廢？

不想去使館簽證H visa,怕被check/rejected, 多謝！
