請老師們幫忙看一些這個140 decision，是據信嗎？

今天收到EMAIL I140結果，如下：

Application Type: I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

Current Status: We mailed you a decision.

On August 11, 2007, we mailed you a decision on your I140, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, please contact customer service.

是不是DENY呀？因為好像要是APPROVAL就直接說APPROVE了。我已經交了I458，I765，和I131的申請，支票還沒有cashed, 要是140據了我申請485，765，和131是不是肯定要被據呢？我是不是應該cancel支票，至少能省點錢？真是壞運氣呀！
