be careful with those low cost vacine providers

Last year I chatted with a nurse who, along with her collaborators, came to inject company paid flu vaccines. I found she had never traveled out of her State, let alone United States. God bless her. She was doing ok as long as vaccine injection was concerned.
What about others? I suspect some practicing nurses are not well trained. Consequently a nurse career has until recently been the alien's speedway to green card nirvana...
