I got the same thing from the same center a week ago. Before I file I-140, my lawyer told me that I had more than 95% possibility to be proved but I was scared this time because I did not collect some evidence for all I did in China. For example, talk on TV program, jugy other person's work, review papers... Any suggestion about this? I already wrote a draft of REF for my lawyer and hope he can do his best job.
I was also told that the INS will hold my case in the middle of July. I was informed to do fingerprints in May. I am not sure if I should postpone the date.
