謝謝xiaobaitu!給TSC發過兩三次信要他們重寄RFE,都沒有回音。

去年十二月份的時候從TSC收到這樣一封信：

On ..., you or the designated representative contacted us about your case. ...

Type of service requested: non-delivery

The status of this service request is:

The processing of your petition/application has been delayed. All petitions/applications received by this service are required to have routine security checks that are resulting in delays of the adjudication of petions/applications. We can give no definite indication of when they will be completed. We apologize for the delay.

然後五月份參議員辦公室發來一封信說：

The service center has informed my office both cases are in transit to the Exams division for review. In addition, the center has indicated that your FBI name change has not been completed yet.

請問這些是不是就可以說明網上的Status是error了？
