FBI fingerprint question

Hello frinds, I have an urgent question.

I sent my wife's fingerprint and mine (together, in one envelope) to FBI.But FBI send back my report ONLY and my wife's report is missing.Ipaid $36 for two fingerprint.

Why--What can I do???
