Call INS today in Morning, told that NC still pending...and NO VISA NO assigned.

10 minutes later, INS EMAIL said:
On August 10, 2007, we ordered production of your new card.

Immediately check the INS website and it information system, all the information get updated to odered new card.

Such Amazing!..
