May I ask Xiao Bai Tu...

my ex sent I-485 application for my child few months ago when my ex apply the green card. Now I am ready to send my I-485 application. I would like to apply for my child too in case my ex's case failed. Is this going to be a problem that both of us apply green card for our kid at almost same time?
