H1B final approval notice, approved July 26th, still confused

I just received H1B final approval notice (Form I-797B or I-94) from the company in US, Which was officially approved on July 26th.

My situation and questions are:

I hold Chinese passport, Canada landed immigrant, now living in Toronto. Do I need to go to the US Consulate in Toronto to put something like sticker on my passport? Or I just go through the border, show them the I-94 (I-797B), and then drive to the company city? I plan to drive.

Any one knows any information for that? Thanks a LOT a LOT.
