I-765 Eligibility number?

Could anybody kindly tell me what is the number for the Eligibility Category (Line 16) of Form I-765 for an H-1B holder?
I am filing the Form I-765 to apply for the EAD. I looked for the Eligibility Caregory number in Part 2 Eligibility Categories of the Form I-765 Indtructions, however, I do not find a proper caragory for an H-1B holder.
Your experience and comments are appreciated greatly.
