Hi All,
I worked in a company A with H1B and left it 3 months ago and changed my status to H4. Now I just got an offer from company B and need to apply for the H1B to work again. But the company B's HR said this year's H1B has been used up. How to explain to them that it doesn't affect my case because I already had the H1B before? Is there any website to explain such cases so that I could convince the HR that their thoughts are not true?
thanks

I think it depends on whether your previous H1B is expired or no
