Pjiang: a Q for I-485

Here is my situation:
EB2 I-140 approved I-485 submitted in June
I changed my job after PERM got approved. my first employer who supported my perm keeps sponsoring my GC after I left.
I heard some 180 days rule, will this be a problem for my I-485? My first employer will still support me. so I don't think he will withdraw my case.
