1) if the previous I-765 is returned prior to, I'll go to send it again;
2) if the check cashed, or no info by 8/16, I will let it go and hope the check is acceptable.

If you file a new I-765 right now, you may face 2 petitions pending possibly, drain $180;
if you receive a rejection after 8/17, you need to pay new fee of $340, also $160 down the water.
