請教小白兔等 Help!

I am F1 student. I am working as CPT part time. Now my company allows me working as full time. I submitted 485(dependent)on 7/2 to TSC, but I haven't applied EAD.(Wait for the 485 recipt). So is there a problem when I ask my school give me a new I-20?

We live in CA, but my hu*****and's head quarter of company and law office are in Texas.The lawer submitted our 485 to TSC. Is it any problem? After I get the 485 recipt, which center should I mail my EAD petition to? NSC or TSC? The lawer said TSC. Is he right?
