I did it by myself, after I tried everything I could think of and none of them worked. I tried the state senator,wrote letters to FBI and DHS, sent an intent to sue to them...I filed it formal complaint in May and the USDA inquired about the case. He filed for a 30-day extension in June. Name check was cleared in July. He told me that visa numbers were not available but there could be a chance before next cycle. He filed a 90-day stay of proceedings in late July hoping that the case would be resolved in favor of me before the court is involved. I got the approval email yesterday.
