I don't think it will affect your 485 application. As the officer said, you are granted as parolee states, which means they are considering your 485 application. because you wouldn't be granted parolee state unless you are in 485 pending.

You are safe! By the way, many people here in US hold Canadian permanent card while they apply 485.
