(1)如果485可以和AP，EAD同時申請，為什麽看到有的人先遞485，再申請AP，EAD呢？這兩種方式對申請人有什麽不同影響呢？

(2)AP和EAD都分別是指的哪兩份表格？

(3)如果EAD已批，而且H1B3年期滿，還能在同領域續H1B而不用EAD嗎？
