Have to wait for 2nd FP ?

my 140 (EB1) was approved early last year by TSC, but 485 is still pending for name check. my 1st FP was taken in July 2006, is it possible that my case gets approved before 2nd FP? I heard that FP expires every 15 months, which means my 2nd FP needs to be done this October.

Any experts, please help with this concern. Thanks!
