XIaobaitu and other experts, date on G-28 form

請律師辦的485, 要添G-28 FORM. 律師的助理沒有在表上部 fill out the date．　發信問她，說Ｇ－２８do not need to fill out the date we leave it blank.
是這樣嗎？會不會影響申請或退件呀？很著急！謝謝了
