什麽時候我必須海外激活h1b?
兩周前剛拿到h1b, 本人上周file i485,ＯＰＴ grace period(August 20) 馬上到期。想等拿到ｒｅｃｅｉｐｔ和 AP再出境。有人說我必須在９／２１之前激活ｈ１ｂ，否則ｈ１ｂ無效。我都不知道怎麽訂機票好。
