Your original Form I -693 is incomplete because completion of your tuberculosis testing was not properly documented. You should return to the civil surgeon who first examined you to properly complete the Form 693 to include the required Tuberculin skin test.

我和LG一起做MEDIAL EXAM的，他的485順利批了，我的怎麽出問題了。怎麽回事？
