懇請小白兔，皮匠等專家澄清8/17前file 485費用問題

今天打電話給USCIS，被escalate to the 2nd level customer service的immigration officer，當問及7/30 和8/17之間file 485費用問題是，這個Immigration officer竟然說因該交new fee。我就問他，那你們移民局的網站上不是說8/17前file 485應該交old fee嗎？他又嚴肅的重複說，7/30以後都應該交新費用，否則就會退件。要是移民局處理案件的人都搞不懂他們自己的規定怎麽辦？我可否寫兩張支票，一張$395，另一張$1010，都放在485 filing package裏麵？懇請小白兔，皮匠等專家澄清.叩謝了！
