I received 140 RFE in May, and responded in July. And 2 days after the delivery day, I got a LUD without content change. Then next day, the status changed to approval notice sent.
Today we received a note with my RFE response package back. The note is dated on the same say as the approval day, and it says that the case has been decided before the documents is being received and so the information is no longer needed. The status online is still the same as approval notice sent and the LUD is still approval notice sent, also the voice status message from the 1-800 number.
Anyone met this kind thing before? BTW, I have not received the approval notice yet.
