H1B transfer

I got a job offer and my H1B visa need transfer.My future boss sent me a e-mial and ask "Are we only doing your visa, or do we need to do visas for any of your dependents?". Can anyone tell me how to answer her question? Does H4 visa also need transfer? Thanks a lot.
