他的上一次入境是 H-1 , 所以 H-1 延期批準上的 I-94 號碼 是和上 一次 入境 時的 I-94 號碼 一致； 但在他的延期申請後，批準前，他又一次入境， 所以 最新的 I-94 號碼 和H-1 延期批準上的 I-94 號碼 就 不一致 了。

他不想再去加拿大簽證了，因為上次在加拿大簽證被 check,一直在那等，很危險。

是不是隻能重新申請 H-1 延期了。在批準前可以工作嗎？ 還是必須等到批準後？
