As to the information I got from yahoo's name check group, it means FBI should clear you from the begining. Supposely, FBI should pass you backgroud investigation in the first 1-2 weeks. You may contact FBI to let them know they are pending your case by mistake. I am not surprised, FBI made lots of mistakes. I am glad you find it yourself. Keep going!
