How difficult is Eb1-b, compared to Eb1-a and NIW?

The company laywer just submitted EB1-b I-140 and I-485 for me on July 30. Personally I was not satified with his service, and my feeling is that he was very sloppy, but I can't do anything about it.

Everything was in rush in order to meet the July 31th deadline. He only mailed four recommendation letters, the fifth one was not available becuase the laywer only gave the reference three days to sign the letter. Unfortunately the reference was on travel. The lawyer even didn't let me doubel check the cover letter before he mailed the package.

I saw a lot of guys here prepared at leat 6-7 letters or more for EB1-a and NIW. Four letters may not be enough for my case.

My questions: How difficult for Eb1-b, compared to EB1-a and NIW? I expect to receive REF for more recommendation letters. Should I start to look for more references now?
