急問 Xiaobaitu and 各位 Experts：簽證問題

我們夫婦都是H1-B,485 pending 2 months,我急事需要回國
1.可否簽H1-B? If so,Can I stay in China more than 3 months?
2.如簽不出來，是否可以簽H4?
3.If I can not get neither H-1B nor H4 visa, can I wait in China untill I get greencard and my hu*****and mail it to me? Can I return to U.S. with green card?
