A#請教小百兔等...

勞工的I140 和I485被拒了,又跟著我申請了一個I485,我的I140已經批了,但是我們沒有給他以前的A#,這樣也會有問題嗎?是不是他的被拒了,就可以有另一個A#呢?謝謝回答.
