請教doshexh，關於兩個A#的回答

在我的上一個帖子提到遞交兩個485,可能導致兩個A#.你的回答是:"USCIS will merge your two cases together. So unless it is necessary, do not submit two 485 because your case will be delayed."

請問，“two cases"指的是什麽？ Two I-485 or two I-140? 你的意思是the merging process will delay the process of my 485?

我的情況是NIW pending, eb1 approved,but 485 was filed one week ago based on NIW. The application fee hasn't been cased yet.

如果不遞交第二個485(eb1),如何才能利用上Eb1a呢？現在NIW的排期這麽不樂觀.如果我們的NIW被拒的話，485會不會同時被拒？
