Thank you for your information. I will be hired as Visiting Scinetist by FDA. They told me that I need to prepare Recommendation Letters for H1B of this position. This lady who is in charge of this never did H1B application before. My question is that whether Recommendation Letters are specifically required for this position as Visiting Scientist. I am hesitate to get Letters because it will take long time and out of my control. So, could anyone tell me that this is neccesary?
