renew h status急！

我H4 5年，然後H1 1年，H1 6月到期，不能再延，想換成H4，但我因特殊原因，從沒真正工作過，沒有PAYROLL，並不是LAYOFF。請問這能否影響我的H4申請？多謝。我還有在申請H1之前的H4， 7月過期，是否還有效。
