小白兔 Pls Help

小白兔, My 485 have been pending more than 2 years & my new company was formed in year 2005 & it is not profitable since it is a bio tech company. I have a smiliar position in the new company with what I have on labor certificate. I have an 485 interview this month & my lawyer said the company needs to be profitable in order for me to get GC on my interview. 小白兔, I like my current job & don't want to leave unless I have to. Would you please advise whether the company is ok or not for my 485 interview? Really need your advice here, so I can make the right decision. Tks.
