Well,just throw everything on the wall and ,hopefully,something will stick. Call them yourself and question them with rightful rational pal. I called them at least three times a week,which, yet I was not certain if this really knocked out the final approval.
However, one thing is for sure: They were about to review your case as shown by the delivery of the 2nd FP notice.
Dude,every cloud has a silver lining and you'll be there eventually.
